GENERAL SHIPPING
BFB Hair fulfills orders every business day up until a 12PM, Arizona Time. If your order is placed after 12PM Arizona Time, your order will be shipped the next business day. BFB Hair does not ship on major holidays.
Carrier Options and Transit Times:
Domestic - Hair Extension Orders:
- Standard (5-8 Business Days) - $5
- Priority (2 Business Days) - $15
- Express (UPS Overnight)- $25
Domestic - Color Match Kits:
- All Color Match Kits are sent with free shipping via DHL (5-8 Business Days)
All International Orders:
- International Shipping (6-12 Business Days) -$15
- Countries Excluded (Spain, Russia, Brazil, South Africa, Argentina, Greece, Venezuela)
2. International Express (5-8 Business Days) -$25
*We subsidize the cost of each shipment that is sent in order to help our customers that live internationally. However, there are times where a customer orders from a remote area in which the cost is too much for us to subsidize. In those instances we will reach out to you via email and give the option to pay the difference.
After your order has been shipped, the shipping cost cannot be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties and Taxes may apply when ordering from outside of the United States. These fees and taxes are charged by your country customs and border agencies and cannot be controlled by BFB Hair. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these duties and fees when the order arrives. You may check with your countries duty codes to see how much, if any, will be charged based on our product and order total. If you refuse the order after it passes through customs, your order will be returned back to BFB Hair. This will incur a shipping fee back to us which will be deducted from the subtotal of your order.
REDO INSURANCE - "VIP CHECKOUT"
Redo Insurance is optional on all orders before and at checkout that mitigates the risk of a lost or stolen package. We highly recommend this service, although lost, damaged and stolen packages are rare. If you purchase Redo with your order and you believe your order to be lost or stolen you have 15 days from the date of delivery to file your claim.

If you de-selected Redo at checkout BFB Hair is not responsible.
BFB Hair is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. If the package was marked as delivered and you opted out of Redo Protection you will need to contact the shipping carrier used on your order.

MISSING ORDERS
Please first confirm with your tracking number that the order has been delivered. We first recommend waiting for 24 hours to see if there was any delay with the carrier. If you still have not received it we recommend potentially checking with neighbors and in the surrounding area. If you purchased our Redo Shipping Protection you can file a claim for the order here. If you opted out of our shipping protection we are not responsible. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
WRONG ADDRESS SUBMITTED
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing the order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Our fulfillment team works hard to get orders out quickly so there is a small window where an address change can occur. If you have submitted an incorrect address immediately email our team to contact@bfbhair.com. We cannot guarantee we will be able to change it. If the order has been fulfilled we are unable to make any edits to the order. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the order will be refunded minus the shipping fee.
CANCELLING OR EDITING ORDERS
Our fulfillment team works to get orders out very quickly. If the order has been fulfilled we are unable to make any edits or cancellations to the order. The customer will have to receive the shipment and go through the return process for the order.
