OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
FOR ALL HAIR EXTENSION PRODUCTS:
If you wish to return your BFB Hair you have 30 days from the date of delivery, to return or exchange as long as the main compartment (Pouch 2) is still sealed.
FOR ALL ACCESSORIES:
All accessories and merchandise are final sale.
Color Match Kit samples are also final sale.
FOR ALL ORDERS WITH A STYLIST DISCOUNT CODE:
All orders with a STYLIST code applied to it are FINAL SALE.
YOUR ORDER
When you receive your order of extensions there will be 1 tester weft (Pouch 1) and 1 main pouch containing the full set of extensions (Pouch 2). Please open the tester weft first to ensure you are satisfied with the product.
Once the seal on Pouch 2 has been broken you are no longer eligible for a refund/return. We do not accept returns of opened hair in order to keep our warehouse sanitary.

*Please note that if we receive the product and Pouch 2 is opened you will no longer be eligible for a return. We will send the product back to you.
At checkout you have the option to add Redo to your order. By opting-in to Redo you have access to free returns and shipping protection. If you added Redo to your order you can proceed through the portal to submit for a free return, exchange or store credit. If you did not purchase Redo you can exchange, get store credit or pay for a return label to refund.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE TIMELINE
For refunds:
Once we have received the return we ask for 24-48 hours for our team to process the return. Your refund will be initiated after confirmation that pouch 2 is sealed and our team has processed the return. It then can take 24-48 hours for you to receive the funds to your original payment method.
For exchanges:
Once we have received the return we ask for 24-48 hours for our team to process the return. Once our team has confirmed that pouch 2 is sealed the return will be processed and your exchange order will be released. You will receive a new order confirmation and our team will pack the order. You will receive a second email with tracking for the exchange order.
For store credit:
Process is the same as a refund except once the return is processed you will be emailed an e-gift card for our store.
CONCERNS WITH YOUR ORDER
If you have any problems with the wefts in your order you have 60 days from the date of order to reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance. Any issues outside of the 60 days are not eligible for assistance.
