BFB Hair fulfills orders from 9 AM to 2 PM every business day, Arizona Time. If your order is placed after 2PM Arizona Time, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Domestic - Hair Extension Orders:
- 5 Business Days (USPS First Class Mail).
- FREE - excluding Apparel and Merch
- 2 Business Days (FedEx Expedited)
Domestic - Apparel and Merchandise:

All International Orders:
- International Shipping (6-12 Business Days)
- Countries Excluded (Spain, Russia, Brazil, South Africa, Argentina, Greece, Venezuela)
*We subsidize the cost of each shipment that is sent in order to help our customers that live internationally. However, there are times where a customer orders from a remote area in which the cost is too much for us to subsidize. In those instances we will reach out to you via email and give the option to pay the difference or we will send it to you via USPS International at no extra charge.
After your order has been shipped, the shipping cost cannot be refunded.
Duties and Taxes may apply when ordering from outside of the United States. These fees and taxes are charged by your country customs and border agencies and cannot be controlled by BFB Hair. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these duties and fees when the order arrives. You may check with your countries duty codes to see how much, if any, will be charged based on our product and order total. If you refuse the order after it passes through customs, your order will be returned back to BFB Hair. This will incur a $20 shipping fee back to us which will be deducted from the subtotal of your order.
ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE
Route Shipping Insurance is optional on all orders before and at checkout that mitigates the risk of a lost or stolen package. We highly recommend this service, although lost, damaged and stolen packages are rare. If you purchase Route with your order and you believe your order to be lost or stolen you have 15 days from the date of delivery to file your claim with Route.

If you de-selected Route at checkout BFB Hair is not responsible.
BFB Hair is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. If the package was marked as delivered and you opted out of Route you will need to contact the shipping carrier used on your order.

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return your BFB Hair you have 30 days from the date of delivery, to return or exchange as long as the main compartment (Pouch 2) is still sealed.
All accessories, merchandise and orders with a Stylist Discount Code are FINAL SALE.
When you receive your order of extensions there will be 1 tester weft (Pouch 1) and 1 main pouch containing the full set of extensions (Pouch 2). Please open the tester weft first to ensure you are satisfied with the product.
Once the seal on Pouch 2 has been broken you are no longer eligible for a refund/return. We do not accept returns of opened hair in order to keep our warehouse sanitary.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
For Domestic Returns:
We have made it quick and easy to submit your return! Click the link below to start the process.
After entering your order number and zip code, you can select to refund your order, or exchange for another shade. You will be emailed a return label and instructions for returning your order. Once we have received it back to us please allow 2 business days for our team to process the return and initiate your refund or exchange. If you selected a refund you will be refunded back to the original form of payment on the order. Please note it can take up to 48 hours for the funds to be returned to the account. If you selected an exchange our team will enter the exchange and you will receive follow up confirmation emails.
*Please note that if we receive the product and Pouch 2 is opened you will no longer be eligible for a return. We will send the product back to you.
